Shri Krishna Library — श्री कृष्णा लाईब्रेरी — is a study library that wanted its operations off paper and onto its own system: not a shared platform with its logo in a corner, but a portal that is unmistakably its own. We deployed a dedicated library management system under the library's brand and domain. Members sign into their own accounts; administrators run the library from a separate admin panel; and the institution owns its digital presence outright. Engagements like this one are where our library-domain experience was earned — the same understanding that later became GoLibora, our multi-tenant library platform.

The challenge

A single-institution deployment inverts the SaaS trade-offs: there is no platform team on call, so the system has to run unattended — routine operations self-serve, failures recoverable, and the interface simple enough that a library's own staff administer it without a technologist in the building. It also had to feel like the library's own product, down to the identity in the corner of the login screen — because for members, the portal is the library.

Our strategy

Deploy a proven system shape rather than invent one: account-based member access, a separated admin panel, and the library's full branding on its own domain. Keep the operational surface small and self-explanatory, because the people running it are librarians, not operators.

The library's own portal at its own domain, where members sign into their accounts with standard account hygiene — password recovery and persistent sessions included — and administrators manage the operation from a dedicated panel. The deployment is single-tenant: the library's data, brand and portal belong to it alone.
