Marketing & Growth

Digital marketing measured in enquiries, not impressions

Paid search, performance campaigns and lifecycle marketing — with the tracking built to tell you the truth.

Digital marketing fails in a predictable order: the tracking is wrong, so the attribution is wrong, so the budget goes to whatever looks good in a broken report. Everything downstream of measurement inherits its errors. So we start with measurement — conversion tracking that fires on real business events, not page views; attribution that survives the modern privacy landscape; and a definition of a qualified enquiry that you and we both agree on before a rupee is spent. Then campaigns: paid search where intent is highest, social where discovery happens, and messaging — WhatsApp and email — where the follow-up actually closes. And landing pages built properly, because sending expensive traffic to a slow page is the most common way marketing budgets disappear.

The problem

What this solves

Most businesses running paid campaigns cannot answer the only question that matters: which spend produced which customer. The platforms each claim the same conversions, the analytics does not match the CRM, and the monthly report is assembled from whichever source looks best. The second failure is downstream. Campaigns get optimised endlessly while the landing page they send to takes six seconds to load on a phone and asks for eleven form fields.
  • Attribution nobody believes

Every platform claims the same conversion and none match the CRM.

  • Budget optimised on bad data

Spend follows whichever report looks best rather than what sells.

  • Expensive traffic, slow landing pages

Paying for a click that arrives at a six-second page.

  • No follow-up after the first contact

Most enquiries convert on the second or third touch that never happens.

  • Campaigns built on platform defaults

Automated suggestions optimised for platform revenue, not yours.

Our approach

How we go about it

Measurement first: server-side conversion tracking wired to real events — an enquiry submitted, a demo booked, a sale recorded — flowing into one place both of us trust. Then structure: campaigns organised around intent rather than around the platform's suggested defaults, with negative keywords and audience exclusions taken as seriously as targeting. Then the destination: fast, focused landing pages with one job each, built by the same team, so a test can ship the same week it is proposed. And lifecycle follow-up over email and WhatsApp, because most enquiries convert on the second or third contact rather than the first.

Outcomes

What changes for you

  • Tracking that reconciles

Server-side conversion events tied to real business outcomes.

  • Pages built, not assembled

Landing pages engineered by the same team, so tests ship in days.

  • Intent-led campaign structure

Organised around how people actually buy, with exclusions taken seriously.

  • Lifecycle follow-up

Email and WhatsApp sequences that work the enquiries you already paid for.

  • Reports that reconcile to your CRM

One set of numbers, agreed in advance, that survives scrutiny.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about digital marketing.

Do you require a minimum ad spend?
No, but we will tell you if a budget is too small to learn anything. Below a certain volume, campaign data is noise — and paying a management fee to optimise noise helps nobody.
Can you work with our existing agency?
Often the most useful thing we do is fix the measurement and the landing pages while your agency runs the campaigns. We are happy to be the engineering half of that arrangement.
How do you report?
Monthly, against the conversion definition we agreed at the start, reconciled to your CRM. If the numbers disagree with your sales team's numbers, that is the first thing we investigate rather than explain away.
Which channels do you recommend?
It depends entirely on how your customers buy. High-intent search for considered purchases, social for discovery-led products, WhatsApp for follow-up in India almost universally. We would rather run two channels properly than five badly.

Spending on ads without knowing what works?

We will audit the tracking first. Most of the time, that is where the answer has been hiding.
