The challenge

Simplicity is a feature that erodes: every added option moves the upload button one decision further away. The discipline was keeping the surface at exactly one action while still handling the unglamorous work underneath — large files, interrupted uploads, storage hygiene and abuse control.

Our strategy

Design the whole product around the first three seconds: the page opens on the upload control, the link appears the moment the transfer completes, and everything else stays out of the way. Anything a power user might want lives in SecureShare instead, so this product never has to grow the clutter it was built to avoid.
