Affiliate programmes usually pay once and move on, which means a promoter's income resets to zero every month. AffiliateHub — the referral engine for our own SaaS portfolio — pays on the first purchase and on every single renewal, monthly, quarterly or yearly, for the lifetime of the customer or a fixed term. One link covers the whole portfolio: School ERP, Hospital ERP, CRM, POS and library management. Sign-up takes under a minute, and there are no fees, no inventory and no support tickets on the promoter's side.

The challenge

An affiliate platform lives or dies on trust in its numbers. A conversion the promoter cannot see, a renewal that silently fails to credit, or a wallet that disagrees with the dashboard ends the relationship — so attribution and money movement have to be verifiable, not just correct. The attribution itself spans systems: conversions happen inside separate SaaS products with their own billing cycles, and every renewal in each of them has to find its way back to the right promoter, forever.

Our strategy

We made the money path event-driven and tamper-evident. Every conversion and renewal in the product suite emits an HMAC-signed webhook; AffiliateHub verifies the signature, applies the event idempotently, and credits the promoter's wallet in real time. Nothing is batch-reconciled after the fact, because a promoter watching their dashboard should see the renewal land as it happens. Recurring attribution is a property of the customer record, not the click: once a referral converts, every future invoice for that customer carries the promoter's credit automatically.

The solution

Promoters sign up in under a minute, get one referral link that covers the whole product portfolio, and watch conversions arrive in a real-time dashboard. Commissions recur on every renewal, with lifetime or fixed-term structures per product. Earnings accumulate in a transparent wallet showing every credited event, and payouts run through bank transfer, PayPal, UPI or crypto. The promoter side stays deliberately simple: share, track, withdraw.
